Welcome everyone to my very first BLOG! After having family and friends use blogs to keep me up to date with their holidays / life journey, I thought I'd try my hand at it too! I figure by keeping this blog whilst I am away I can easily fill everyone in on what we have been up to everyday (well I'll try to do everyday!). So with that, I begin my very first post!
Well tomorrow, august 27th marks 3 weeks till we embark on our biggest family holiday to date! Glenn and I took the kids to Fiji back in 2009, but that was nothing compared to what we are about to face. Let me fill you in on some of the finer details of our travel plans.
Firstly, the trip will see us gone for 3weeks and 2days. We will visit Vegas, Orlando, Bahamas (so long as hurricane Irene doesn't blow it away!!!) and then a quick visit to LA. Sounds great doesn't it???? We will fly thousands of km's, walk hundreds of miles, visit too many theme parks to count and ride hundreds of rides!!! Not to mention shopping shopping shopping! Phew I'm pooped just writing it, and you all thought I was in training for my first triathlon! Lol. It's going to be go go go the whole time, we are going to be exhausted BUT we are going to make every second count because this is the Trip Of A Lifetime and we will soak up every last inch of it.
